​​I have been working with Ryan for almost a year and it goes without saying that I have significantly improved my overall physical wellbeing. I am stronger, faster and more consistent in my workouts than I have ever been. As a busy mom of 2 small kiddos I needed the ease and accessibility of an online platform but was worried that I couldn't keep up with the workouts on my own. Ryan is so intuitive and attentive on the platform. He reaches out to check in, gives feedback and encouragement and has a funny way of knowing what I need in a workout on any given week. My favourite thing is the grace that he gives me on the days where I may not hit my highest weights or even miss the workout all together. He is always encouraging and is able to motivate me to move forward without making me feel guilty or worried that I might not be having the best week. He is able to adjust the workouts for me when needed and really takes into consideration how my body is feeling, any injuries or other factors that may be influencing me. I think this coupled with the ease and accessibility of online programming have allowed me to really see a shift in my feelings towards moving my body and staying consistent. He is such a great trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone! 5 stars!

My real estate brokerage started doing private classes with Ryan in the Fall of 2024. Our group is filled with varying athletic abilities and ages from 30 to 60 years old. He is extremely knowledgeable and helps make fitness fun for a semi-beginner bunch! My favorite thing about Ryan’s coaching is how he gives detailed and clear examples of each movement prior to starting. Not only this but he provides constant constructive feedback and answers any questions people have. Ryan is quick to provide alternative suggestions and movements for people’s specific needs whether it be due to recovery from injury or differing athletic abilities. Our group originally started with a 6 week program but quickly signed up for more classes because we were having a blast!! We can’t recommend Ryan enough!

I have been working with Ryan since October 2023, after recovering from hip surgery and discovering I have rheumatoid arthritis. With my health issues, Ryan has been tremendous at adapting to what I can and cannot do. When I have had flare ups from my rheumatoid arthritis, with ease he has given me other options so I can still be active and not worry about being in pain. Ryan has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of physical fitness that makes it easy to ask him any question or bring up concerns I have had with my programming or movements. With his cheerful demeanor and calm approach to everything, he has explained the programming and movements and in a language I can understand and not have to look up what he said as soon as I am done asking him. Having Ryan as my trainer has been a delight, he always has a smile on his face, even at hours that even birds aren't awake. The saying "the early bird gets the worm" I think is about Ryan, anyone in that chipper of a mood that early must know a thing or two about fitness and life! Ryan has helped me gain confidence in myself and has made me excited to be physically active again. He doesn't just make your program and send it away to you, he wants to help you achieve your goals and he cares how you are feeling and where you are at with your progress. There is no one I would rather have helping me on my fitness journey than Ryan, he has been the supportive person I didn't know was available in the fitness world and a breath of fresh air. I am excited to continue my fitness journey and honored to have Ryan by my side as I grow and learn more of my own physical abilities thanks to his support and guidance.

“As someone who works 2-3 week shifts on the road, I was never able to get into a rhythm at a gym. As a remote client, Ryan has provided a great program that allows me to continuously work on my weaknesses, whether I’m in my garage gym, another box, a hotel gym or a commercial gym. He provides exercise substitutions based on the equipment I have available at my location. The programming has been fun but challenging and I can’t wait to hit more PRs as we turn my weaknesses into strengths."

I started private training sessions with Ryan 4 months ago because I wanted to build strength, create a habit of fitness and find an environment that was small and personalized. Ryan has been such a find. He is a keen listener and very prepared - so our sessions are always fresh, challenging and adapted to whatever I've mentioned in prior sessions.
Our time together has resulted in me being much stronger overall and has noticeably improved my conditioning. I feel super-charged when doing small hikes or other activities. Finally, Ryan has helped me to set and make progress towards fitness goals that will help me hit my 50s without injuries and with confidence (chip-ups! grip strength!).
